The Terms of Sale are an integral part of Empire Customs Terms of Use and constitute additional terms that all Users or guests must adhere to when utilizing the Service. Before making an appointment online or via phone with Empire Customs, it is essential to review and accept the terms and conditions of the booking. Once an appointment is scheduled, you are obligated to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Empire Customs provides a variety of wash options tailored to four different car types. Please note that prices and wash package contents are subject to change at the discretion of Empire Customs, and any modifications will be updated on our website at www.empirecustoms.com.
At Empire Customs, bookings are charged upon the completion of the requested service. We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments. In the event of a declined credit card, Empire Customs will request the customer to find an alternative payment solution for the service provided. If the payment issue is not resolved within 48 hours, Empire Customs will initiate a collection process.
Before any detailing service, customers are advised to remove all personal belongings, money, and valuable items from their vehicles. Empire Customs will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle and its contents, or the location where the service is provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are serviced in a safe and lawful area. If there are any concerns about the service location, please communicate them with your car detailing specialist.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims resulting from the cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. For securing the booking, we may collect debit or credit card details. These cards will be processed by housecallpro.com.
We reserve the right to alter or reschedule a booking based on staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure. Additional work not included in the initial booking may be charged at an hourly rate of $50 (or proportion thereof) at the discretion of Empire Customs.
For jobs involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials, a minimum 20% surcharge will be applied.
You have the option to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled date without incurring any charges. However, if the cancellation or rescheduling is done within the 48-hour period, a $40 fee will be charged to compensate our technician. This policy applies to all retail priced car details.
In the event that there is clear evidence that our service technician did not fulfill the ordered package or the craftsmanship falls below our standard of quality, we will redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service at our expense, free of charge. To make a claim, it must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by contacting us through phone (816 846-0678), email (empirecustomsllc@gmail.com), or text message (816 846-0678). Additionally, pictures of the affected area must be texted or emailed to (support@empirecustomsllc.com) within 24 hours of the claim being made.
In the case of unexpected circumstances or traffic, our technician may arrive late for the appointment. Please understand that there might be a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Rest assured, we will make every effort to inform you about any possible delay in delivery.
Occasionally, Empire Customs may introduce a referral program that allows you to earn credits for Empire Customs services by sharing a unique referral link ("Referral Link") with your friends. Please note that combining credits and coupons is not possible. To be eligible for credits, the referred customer must be new to Empire Customs and use your Referral Link to sign up for our services. To ensure fair participation in the referral program, you must not engage in the following activities:
- Self-referring using multiple or false names, identities, accounts, or email addresses.
- Referring existing Empire Customs customers, including those with alternate email accounts.
- Using spam or sending unsolicited emails to strangers for collecting referrals.
- Posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites, or other online venues for referrals.
- Allowing someone else to use your account for referrals.
- Referring fake individuals, impersonating others, or providing false information.
- Using the Referral Link in a disparaging manner or portraying Empire Customs negatively.
- Referring customers in violation of any other restrictions we may impose upon participants in the referral program with prior notice.
If Empire Customs determines, at its sole discretion, that these terms have been violated, we reserve the right to cancel or revoke any accrued credits and declare the referred and referring customers ineligible for future offers. Violating participants may also be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Additionally, Empire Customs reserves the right to void, verify, or adjust credits at any time before or after posting and redemption.
By using or accessing this website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.
