Thank you for choosing Empire Customs — where premium car care meets white-glove convenience. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below, designed to ensure a smooth, consistent, and professional experience for every customer.

As of January 2026, Empire Customs Car Detailing will require deposits on all appointments in order to be scheduled in the calendar.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Unfortunately, over the last few weeks, we have seen a major increase in last minute no-shows and cancellations.

Based on the total price of your services, appointment deposits will be $1, $50, or $100. This is a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel/no show within 24 hours of your appointment. Need to reschedule or cancel? Then just call or text our main line at 816-846-0678

Is the deposit an extra fee?.

No, the deposit will go towards your total price for services rendered. It is NOT an additional fee. For instance, if the total price is $400, and your deposit was $50, then at time of checkout, you’ll only pay $350 (don’t worry, we’ll keep track of it all).

Why do I have to place a deposit for my appointment? .

We’ve seen an increase in no-shows and last minute cancellation/reschedules. This brings a lot of problems for a small business like ours. With a deposit, it lets us know you’re serious about working with us (and we appreciate that!).

What if there’s ugly weather?

For mobile jobs, weather plays a big role on when and where we can work. If the weather is bad, we’ll just reschedule your appointment (no other deposit is needed). For shop-based services, since we can still work regardless of weather, we can still get the job done (unless it’s really really bad weather).

Arrival Window & Access To Your Vehicle

Our team may arrive up to 90 minutes after your scheduled time due to traffic or job delays. You’ll receive real-time SMS updates as we head your way. We require access and keys to perform your service, and by booking, you authorize our team to operate and reposition the vehicle if needed. If we’re unable to access or begin the service upon arrival, cancellation or reschedule fees may apply.

 Final Inspection & Service Concerns

At the end of your appointment, we’ll walk you through the results to confirm satisfaction.If you have any concerns, they must be reported within 24 hours of service. Concerns raised after this window or refusal to participate in the final inspection will not be addressed.

 Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately after service by credit or debit card, or cash. If you plan to leave during a mobile appointment, please check out with your technician before departing — we’ll continue working on the vehicle as scheduled. By booking, you authorize Empire Customs to charge the card on file for cancellations, no-shows, or approved service extensions. All sales are final.

Shop Storage Policy

Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of completion unless prior arrangements are made. After 24 hours, a daily storage fee may apply. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure availability for other clients, we reserve limited indoor space for active appointments only.

Pre-Existing Conditions & Liability

We inspect and document visible pre-existing damage before starting service. If any issues occur during your appointment, we will notify you immediately. Empire Custom’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damage.

Media Use & Legal

By booking our services, you grant Empire Customs permission to photograph your vehicle for training or marketing use unless you request otherwise in writing. This agreement is governed by Missouri law. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to approve services for the vehicle. For questions, contact us at empirecustomsllc@gmail.com.
