Empire Customs Service Agreement

This agreement outlines the responsibilities and commitments between you (referred to as "Client," "Customer," or "you") and Empire Customs Auto Detailing LLC (referred to as "Empire Customs," "contractor," "technician," "us," "our," or "we") concerning the service(s) you acquire. By engaging our services, you unconditionally accept all the terms stated herein, without any alterations by you. Booking or utilizing Empire Customs services implies your consent to the following terms:

Access to Water & Electricity

For all our car detailing services, we do carry water & electricity in our detailing vans, but access to water & electricity may be needed for backup. In the event that you do not have access to either of these, kindly reach out to us at (816) 846-0678, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.

Cancellation Policy

At Empire Customs, we are fully prepared to provide car detailing services in various weather conditions, including rain. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellations or rescheduling. To ensure a smooth operation and accommodate all our customers, we kindly request that any cancellation or rescheduling be done at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. This allows us to fill the time slot and avoid any inconvenience. Please note that cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur an $80 cancellation fee. We also want to inform you that our staff levels, weather conditions, or equipment availability may occasionally necessitate cancellations or rescheduling on our end. If the vehicle and keys are not present at the designated time and location for the ordered service, it may lead to the cancellation of the appointment and be subject to the cancellation policy violation charge of $80. This policy also applies to Gift Certificate redemption appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms and conditions for a smooth and enjoyable experience with Empire Customs.

Operating & Moving Your Vehicle

As our valued customer, you agree to grant Empire Customs access to your vehicle during the detail job and any other mutually agreed-upon times. We kindly request that you ensure the keys to the vehicle are readily available for our use. By accepting this agreement, you authorize us, the Empire Customs team, to operate and move your vehicle as necessary, as determined by our skilled technicians, to perform the required detailing services.

Time Limit

At Empire Customs, each of our detail jobs is completed within specified time limits, tailored to the unique package selected. Below, you can find the time limits for our base jobs, excluding any addons. If you choose to include addons, they will extend the base time using the durations provided below. Our skilled technicians will handle timekeeping during the service, ensuring efficient execution. The timer begins as soon as the technician completes the client check-in and initial equipment setup.

Detail Time Limits Are As Follows:

- Bronze Package: 1.5 – 2.0 hours
- Silver Package: 2.5 hours
- Gold Package: 3.5 hours
- Diamond Package: 4.5 hours

We are committed to providing prompt and exceptional detailing services, meeting your specific requirements with utmost professionalism.

Guaranteed Outcome Expectations

Our detailing effectiveness is determined based on the last time your vehicle was detailed:

- If the vehicle was last detailed less than 1 year ago, it will be 75% as good as new.
- If the vehicle was last detailed more than 1 year ago, it will be 70% as good as new.
- If the vehicle was last detailed more than 2 years ago, it will be 65% as good as new.
- If the vehicle was last detailed more than 3 years ago, it will be 60% as good as new.
- If the vehicle was last detailed more than 4 years ago, it will be 55% as good as new.
- If the vehicle was last detailed more than 5 years ago, it will be 50% as good as new.
- If the vehicle was last detailed more than 6 years ago, it will be 45% as good as new.
- If the vehicle was last detailed more than 7 years ago, it will be 40% as good as new.
- If the vehicle was last detailed more than 8 years ago, it will be 35% as good as new.
- If the vehicle was last detailed more than 9 years ago, it will be 30% as good as new.
- If the vehicle was last detailed less than 10 years ago, it will be 25% as good as new.

At Empire Customs, we aim to deliver exceptional detailing services regardless of the vehicle's age and condition, ensuring a renewed appearance and protection for your car.

Quality of Service

At Empire Customs, our goal is your satisfaction with our services. While we strive to achieve the best possible results for your vehicle, we cannot guarantee complete restoration to a previous or new condition. Rest assured, we will put forth our utmost effort, utilizing our available resources, time, and expertise, to restore your vehicle to its best condition.

Upon completing the job, we will conduct a final inspection together with you to ensure your satisfaction. If, after the final inspection and once we have left, you find any aspect of our service unsatisfactory, please notify us within 24 hours so we can promptly address your concerns. Kindly note that we cannot be held liable for any issues reported after 24 hours from job completion or if the final inspection was not completed with our Empire Customs technician. Your feedback and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to resolving any concerns to the best of our abilities.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage

Empire Customs and its contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the vehicle while under our care. We take every precaution to ensure the utmost care and have maintained an accident-free track record to date. Our team consists of skilled professionals who excel in their craft. In the rare event that any damage occurs during the detailing process, we will promptly inform you of the incident.

By availing our detailing services, you also acknowledge and agree not to hold Empire Customs liable for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle. We maintain our liability limited to the total dollar amount of each job. Our commitment is to provide high-quality service and treat your vehicle with the utmost care and professionalism.

Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms

The fee for our service corresponds to the agreed-upon dollar amount, specified as the "Total Cost" on the final price. The service term covers the duration reserved by us to fulfill the specific "job" you requested, with no guarantee of a predetermined outcome. It is conceivable that the job might require more time than initially reserved.

In such cases where the detail job exceeds the allocated time significantly, Empire Customs reserves the right to charge an extra dirty fee of $60 per hour at our discretion. This fee is typically applicable to vehicles that surpass the allotted time limit. We will promptly communicate the potential fee to you either before or during the detailing process. Our aim is to provide transparent pricing and deliver exceptional service for your satisfaction.

Providing Feedback & Photos

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your thoughts with us. Please feel free to send an email to (empirecustomsllc@gmail.com) and let us know about any concerns or feedback you may have, whether positive or constructive.

Additionally, Empire Customs reserves the right, at its discretion, to use pictures of your vehicle for marketing purposes and to showcase them on our website (www.empirecustoms.com) or any of our social media platforms. Rest assured that we will not display any personal information in the photos. Your satisfaction and privacy are important to us, and we appreciate your trust in our services.

Termination of Service

At Empire Customs, we reserve the right to cancel any new or existing maintenance plans or services with clients if we believe that the customer is not a suitable fit for our services. Instances of service termination may include scenarios where the client chooses to work directly with Empire Customs employees outside of the company's standard procedures, displays rude or harsh behavior towards our employees, or any other reasons we deem appropriate for service termination at our discretion. Our priority is to ensure a positive and respectful environment for both our clients and employees.

Empire Customs Changes

Empire Customs retains the right to amend this statement at its discretion, and any modifications to this Service Contract will be reflected in this section. Please note that Empire Customs is not obligated to provide updates or notifications regarding changes to the materials.

I Understand That

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that Empire Customs does not provide any guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results with our detailing services. Your payment to Empire Customs is solely for the dedicated service time on your vehicle and is not contingent upon achieving any particular outcome or result. Empire Customs liability is limited to the total dollar amount of each job. In the event that the job exceeds the estimated time significantly, we reserve the right to apply an extra dirty fee of $60 per hour, as determined by Empire Customs employees (we will inform you beforehand). Due to the custom ordering of materials for each job, deposits made are non-refundable. All sales are considered final.
