Take Your Semi Truck Interior From “It’s so dirty,” to “It looks brand new”

With truck drivers spending most of their days on the road up and down the Kansas City highways we know how important it is to keep those big rigs clean on the inside and shining on the outside. We understand after a long days drive the last thing you want to worry about is cleaning. We can definitely take care of that for you. We thoroughly steam clean all of the cab interior to keep it fresh.

The Semi Truck Detailing service is meant to get your truck interior back to the best condition possible. Your seats, floor mats, dashboard, door panels, headliner, carpet, etc.. will all be thoroughly cleaned, detailed, and shampooed. 

If it can be cleaned, we’ll clean it. 

Does that mean every last stain and blemish will be removed? Unfortunately, no. Based on the type of stain, how long it’s been there, and the material that it’s on, many stains won’t come out 100%.

Nonetheless, we’ll still do our best to reduce the appearance of it.

And please don’t worry if you think your interior is “too dirty” to clean. We have the necessary tools and products to handle most situations. By now, we have cleaned hundreds of interiors of all makes and models, and of all conditions. It would be difficult to surprise us.

The Empire Customs Semi Truck Interior Cleaning Process

  1. Remove All Loose Items

We’ll remove your personal items and throw away the obvious trash (we'll use two seperate bags)

  1. Thorough Vacuum

In combination with our air compressor, drills, and vacuum, your interior (including trunk) will be thoroughly vacuumed.

  1. Shampoo Seats, Carpet, & Floor Mats

Using our fabric-specific cleaners and commercial grade hot water extractor, we'll shampoo the fabric material to pull out the stains and gunk.

  1. Clean & Detail Plastic/Leather Surfaces

Using our brushes, pads, steamer, and air compressor, we'll deep clean the leather and plastic surfaces (seats, door panels, dashboard, center console, etc..)

  1. Clean Windows & Mirrors

All interior windows and mirrors will be streak-free (including the sunroof, visors, and rear windshield)

  1. Final Touch Ups

A final inspection will be done so we can address any area we may have missed or can improve before delivering the vehicle to you

We’re not here to judge. Whether it’s been one year or ten years since you’ve last had it cleaned, we’re happy to take care of it for you.

 FAQs

  • Yes, we travel all across Kansas City, Overland Park, Warrensburg, and more! We can clean the interior at your home, apartment, or work location. It makes life much easier for you. You can also drop off your Semi at our detail shop location.

  • It all comes down to the condition of the vehicle. Generally speaking, it can take between 3 to 4 hours to complete. We’ve worked on trucks that took 6 hours due to the condition being bad. On the other hand, we’ve completed a semi in 2.5 hours since it was well-kept.

  • At this time, we do not. Your seats are one of the most important parts to keep you safe. We would not want to disconnect or move anything around that would compromise that. We have several machines and brushes that allow us to thoroughly clean around the seat to remove most stains.

  • Absolutely not! That would be terrible. We do not use harsh chemicals on your interior. By the time we’re done, you’ll have a clean-dry Semi Truck.

  • As you can imagine, we have plenty of tools, products, and machines to get the job done. We have extractors, polishers, steamers, brushes, etc…

  • If it’s relatively warm outside with low humidity, your vehicle will be 85% dry by the time we’re done. If it’s cold or raining, then it’ll take longer for your interior to dry due to the climate.

  • Due to the nature of stains and the material it’s on, some stains will come off better than others. We have extensive knowledge and experience (combined with a bunch of tools and products) to handle most situations. But even with all that, some stains won’t come out all the way. 

  • Yes! We thoroughly steam clean the beds, mini fridge, and all cabinets.

    *We don’t clean the cubby areas under the bed where the air conditioning vents are.

  • Yes! We primarily clean and detail vehicles, and overtime, we kept on getting requests to clean semis. So now we take care of semi truck interiors.
